Summary: Will create fresh, engaging and audience-appropriate messaging. The Copywriter will fulfill content needs across media platforms, print and email advertising, websites, social posts and video scripts. As a regular part of the role, the candidate will support all functional departments, participate in group brainstorming, proofreading and editing content and pitch in on projects outside of normal assignments when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Draft and edit marketing content, websites, and social media posts.
- Campaign copy (print and digital collateral)
- Research articles and information related to the subject matter to include in web articles.

Job Title: Mortgage Loan Closer

Summary: Mortgage loan closers will prepare closing documents using Ellie Mae e-docs and ensure that the documentation meets compliance standards. Loan closers are responsible for checking the loan application package for completeness and making sure it’s ready for closing.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Verifies accuracy and required legal documentation for each loan application to secure purchase.

Reviews preliminary title reports to verify property address, vesting and additional items to order endorsements from title insurance companies.

Creates legal documents using specific software and updates programs as needed.

Sends out required documents to title companies for signature timely.

Reviews all executed legal documents for actual closing of each loan.

Ensures documents were correctly endorsed, and that legal documents created by title companies are accurate and executed properly.

Ensures all conditions placed upon loan by underwriting are received, correct and approved by the Loan Underwriter.

Assembles loan files to be sold to secondary investors according to market standards.

Job Title: Loan Officer Assistant (LOA)

Summary: Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Mortgage Loan Originator in a timely manner to complete client’s loan application process. The role is within a high-volume production team working to enhance the Mortgage Loan Originators productivity. Coordinates and communicates with the customers, Loan Officers, processing team, and underwriting to ensure the loan application process is smoothly completed with accurate documentation. This is performed by obtaining necessary documents such as asset and income statements, appraisals, home owner insurance, credit reports and title documents. In addition, manage closing dates and other ad-hoc task throughout the loan process. The LOA must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Pipeline management; assuming multiple loans in a fast-paced work environment
- Communicate with applicants to obtain all pertinent information (not provided at loan application). This guides clients through the mortgage process ensuring important dates are met.
- Assist with obtaining condo information, Realtor contact information, Attorney fee sheets and insurance binders
- Assist with ordering appraisals and title
- Perform credit and collateral risk analysis to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- After confirming the data, prepare pre-approval letters for customers and/or realtors.
- Assist with the structuring of loans and the calculation of income
- Running loans through various systems for credit and automated underwriting
- Reviewing asset statements, paystubs, tax returns and other documentation provided by borrowers for large deposits, accuracy and to ensure that the documentation is complete
- Draft letter of explanations for the underwriter
- Communicate with processors one all conditions have been met to review loan application and conditions submitted to underwriting
- Prepare preliminary figures for closing disclosures and send to customers with finalized fees prior to final approval
- Track to confirm receipt of Closing Disclosure delivery to borrower

Job Title: Senior Loan Coordinator
Reports To: Wholesale Operations

Summary: Works closely with underwriters, account executives and broker customers to get approved loans to a clear-to-close status; clear non-credit conditions on approved loan files; completes tasked 3rd party service orders.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Reviews underwriting conditions as received. Clears non-credit conditions such as: hazard insurance (HO, Flood and HOA, as applicable), title documents (title binder and schedules, ICPL, E&O and survey as applicable), borrower picture identification, LDP/GSA checks and lock confirmations.
• Upload complete file to Investor for pre-closing credit review and communicate needed conditions to underwriter;
• Complete and clear verbal verification of employment for all borrowers within required timeframes
• Monitors and tracks approved pipeline and sends requests/notifications to Broker LO/LOA/processor (as appropriate) concerning required conditions or file errors
• Compliance review of all Loans using Mavent process
• Communication of Mavent Alert or Fail findings to appropriate individual(s), if unable to remedy
• Coordinates initial closing requests and scheduling between broker and NP, Inc. closing department
• Process all required third-party services necessary for forward movement of loan
• Assist on Broker-generated requests related to the underwriting and closing process
• Attend necessary training on changes for knowledge and skills
• Other assigned tasks or responsibilities that may not be delineated above
Qualifications
Knowledge: 3-5 years of mortgage lending experience, preferably at a senior processor or junior underwriter level.
Skills: Strong attention to detail as well as organizational skills is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, including demonstrated rapport-building, and PC skills are required.
Abilities: Must be able to work independently with frequent interruptions; able to communicate effectively with people at all levels; use typical office equipment; able to comprehend concepts and put them into practical application.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A combination of experience and education will be considered
